Im so confused

So this is my first time ttc we didn't try with our son it just happened. And before conceiving him I always had ewcm when I would ovulate. Well fast forward to after I had him and I have had nothing but hormonal issues. I didnt see the cm anymore. My cycles were like 38-43 day cycles. Recently they have been back to 28-30 day cycles now. Well yesterday I finally saw the ewcm and it was a lot. So I was excited. We had sex on the 23rd just not yesterday when I saw the cm due to a family emergency. Is there still hope that I could get pregnant this cycle? Do you ovulate right when you see the ewcm? Do I still have time to baby dance? I'm just trying to figure this all out. 😭😭
