Mid cycle spotting or implantation

I'm not exactly asking you guy which it is, but I just got so excited to see spotting! I am 7-9 dpo. I had light cramping (like me asking, is that really cramping?) yesterday evening. I have had luteal phase bleeding before, but it has been probably been at least 6 cycles since the last time it has happened. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but I can't help it 🙃
