Anybody else reach 7weeks and symptoms disappeared ?😢😢😢nervous

I’m 7w1d today and yeah some symptoms have gone, I still have very tender boobs, bloating and needing a pee oh and tired aha! But at the start I had bad headaches, diarrhoea! But seems to be normal of what I’ve heard! Congratulations btw💙💗 xx

The only symptom I ever get is sleepy and it comes and goes. I wouldn't worry.

Symptoms sometimes ease up around 7-9 weeks because the placenta starting working more and more as you get closer to your second trimester. It can be completely normal! Also symptoms come and go.
