How long does it take for milk to regulate?
My baby is a week old today and I am constantly engorged and in pain. I have been using hot towels while I feel and after to help with clogged ducts and hand expressing when she isn’t hungry and I’m full to get some relief. Even after all that I still feel pain. I also ordered a Hakka to help me relive a little bit when she isn’t hungry. How long will this last. I’m trying not to pump since I know that will continue to increase my supply.
