Hey mamas... I know I can’t be the only one getting mild headaches during this first trimester.. either they hit early or late at night and it sucks...

So what are you guys doing for the pain/discomfort? I know it’s safe for us to take Tylenol but I don’t want to be taking them every single day... twice a day etc.

How are you treating your headaches, what helps best? Preferably looking for home remedies anything with the least amount of medication...

Please help...
