I can't stand it anymore, these symptoms have been horrible. I could not have lunch, I only have breakfast in my stomach. I have such horrible nausea, I hate feeling like this. 😔

I feel this! I have found eating gala apples with some sugar on top, ginger ale (stir the bubbles out), pretzels and crackers help.

I always keep a nectarine around me, for some reason the smell smooths me 😂 but I’ve found that peppermint tea really helps and a nice watermelon. As it’s mostly water, it helps me keep it down 😊
