My son is circumcised and it happens. I don’t really think whether they are intact or not has anything to do with it.

Intact son and he has baby erections for a while now. Seems to happen at random times. Personally normal though.

My son gets them all the time usually when He wakes up first thing in the morning when I change his diaper, and after naps, he’s intact.

I find my guy does if he plays around with it during a diaper change 🤦‍♀️ only happened a handful of times but all of them more recently lol. He only started doing that the past month or so. and I never noticed he had any before? He's intact.
