3rd c section poss tubal question

I’m 15w pregnant now with baby #3. I have a 5 1/2 yr old son and 16 month old daughter. These two will be 22 months apart. My ob suggested getting my tubes tied this c section cuz it’s my 3rd c section and she says it can be risky after 3 sections. I’m not sure I’m done having kids but I don’t want to do a permanent then regret it. I am a bit overweight 250 but never have had complications during my pregnancies or deliveries. Has anyone else experienced this or had more c sections? Advice plz!
