What does this mean?? Calling all my educate women for help

So I had unprotected sex on ovulation and just ovulation day he did cum in me. Ik it’s to early to say this a Symptom or anything but I’m currently 3dpo and I was getting watery discharge and kept feeling like I was peeing on myself and now I’m getting white clumpy/sticky mucus like discharge which unusual because I usually dry up right after ovulation.

Anyone else experience this or did experience this and was pregnant?

Just normal discharge.
I would get this every month after ovulation.
You also can’t be pregnant or have pregnancy symptoms at 3dpo.

Means nothing. Unfortunately cervical mucus - or lack of - is not an indicator of pregnancy; as it differs for every woman. 
Cervical Mucus simply changes throughout the month. As long as there is there is no foul odor, abnormal color, abnormal consistency, burning or itch, then you are fine. Normal.
And nothing has occurred yet at 3 dpo. If you have conceived, implantation (on average) normally occurs at 9 dpo, as early as 7 dpo, or as late as 12 dpo (so anywhere in-between). And if implantation does take place, it takes another 2-3 days for the HCG to rise, and for any symptoms, if any, to show after.
