How many times a day do you vomit from morning sickness?

I’m having a ton of vomiting, but this is my first pregnancy. I’m trying to gauge what’s normal. I’m 8 weeks today. How are you handling the morning sickness?

Snack on crackers as soon as you wake up without getting out of bed, and make sure you eat some at night before going to sleep. Mines much worse on an empty stomach.

I've only really had nausea, and very light nausea with my previous two pregnancies. This is the most nauseated I've felt of any of mine and I haven't thrown up yet 🤞 I hope you get some relief soon!

My first pregnancy I was sick all day every day for the first 12 weeks. So far this pregnancy, the vomiting started at 7 weeks and I’m sick from about 4am- the afternoon off and on
And then nausea at bedtime too

3-5 times a day before I started taking a prescription. I've been on it for a few days and have only thrown up once since switching to the new medicine! It's great

If you are puking 10+ times please talk to a dr as you may have hypermesis and are at risk for dehydration!!
