Telling someone you have an std

So I’ve posted about this before. I cheated on my husband and got an STI. The guy I Was cheating with I met at a club and don’t know all that well but we’ve been having sex like 9 months so I think I should tell him but idk how. I don’t want him to get mad at me or yell at me or blame me when really it prob came from him since I only had sex with him or my husband and my husband wasn’t cheated. In total it’s been 3 guys. Do I tell them all? How? Text? In person? What do I even say? One guy is an ex coworker and knows my friends so idk I’m just nervous and idk how to do it

Edit: one of the guys wore a condom. Do I still need to tell him?

Also l just feel like they will judge me or get mad at me and blame me when it could be from anyone and I could have got it from them but I think they’ll shoot the messenger :,(
