So I masturbate pretty regularly and a few times the last couple months I would have an intense pain just before/during orgasm. When I search online everyone is describing an internal/cervical pain but mine is not anywhere near there! It’s in my labia majora and it’s intense... ruins the entire orgasm and even round two doesn’t let up.
