Breastfeeding as birth control
Has anyone on here gotten pregnant while exclusively breastfeeding? I have a 3 month old I exclusively breastfeed and I have read getting pregnant while breastfeeding before your period has returned is very rare. Wondering how true this is. I do not want to be on hormonal birtg control but also not ready for another baby wuite yet. TIA!
