6 days of high opks with clomid???

Question

I am doing my first cycle with clomid and I’m pretty new to opks too. I’ve had one days of low and 6 days of straight highs with the clearblue advanced digital tests! No peak yet! Does that sound right? Am I doing something wrong? Am I out already this cycle even on clomid? I’m so depressed right now! I hope this isn’t another wasted month! 😔

The advanced digitals aren’t great to use while on clomid for this very reason. Clomid causes you to release excess estrogen, and the advanced opks look for estrogen and lh surges to pinpoint ovulation. Bc estrogen is artificially elevated, you can get false “peak” readings, and actually miss your surge entirely. Feel free to keep using them, but maybe try to use some regular internet cheapies along side just for confirmation.
