Reoccurring Clogged ducts
Just want someone to tell me I’m not
alone.. I EP so I have my schedule down to the T but ever so often I get clogged ducts and they hurt to the point I have to poke my nipple with a middle for relief. Anyone out there have the same issue!? Am I doing something wrong!? Help FTM here 😫
