Does anyone have tips on a newborn having a diaper rash I keep putting Destin on it but don't seem to get better it's not worse but not better

You might need to let your LO go without a diaper for a few hours to dry up and heal if it’s really bad. But if it’s not too bad yet, try this. This it’s my go to. Both of my kids struggle with diaper rash (my older one actually needed prescription ointment for a while). If I put Boudreaux’s Butt Paste on it as soon as I notice it starting, the rash clears it right up.
