Hello, I’m looking for advice for my friend as I’ve never used Ava and she’s not on here. She’s just sent me her chart on FF and I noticed her temp is all at different times, which I’ve been explaining to her. She said she thinks that’s what Ava is for, you just read it when you wake up but that’s not necessarily the same time every day. Is that correct? Just makes FF look wrong with all the diff times and also does that not go against everything charting is all about? Sorry for the long post. I’m not sure because I never used Ava. TIA
