Ladies has this happed to y’all before ?

So me and my boyfriend are doing are thing everything grate after we we’re done I go to the bathroom like 5 mins later like I would normally I pee and it burned when I peed so I was like wth I finish cleaning myself so I could feel what it was without getting pee on myself then notice there’s blood on the toilet paper so I kinda freak out cause there’s no reason for me to be bleeding so I start to feel down there and notice I have this big knot so I grab a mirror cause I couldn’t see all the way and it’s super swollen. Was this because it was maybe too rough or something like that ?
