A good day!!

I had my first scan today at 9 weeks.

I was so nervous and worried as I’ve had two mmc in the last year, but the sonographer was wonderful- as soon as she started she said - here is your little peanut with a beautiful heartbeat, and she measured it for me. Then went on to do all her measurements. I’m measuring 2 days ahead and am so glad that for now all is ok.

We had a mmc at 9 weeks last year and didn’t find out until 11 weeks so I’m not sure I’ll ever stop worrying but I can stop stressing that my drop in nausea the last few days means something is wrong.
