7wks. Bleeding after internal

I had a small bleed at the weekend so was booked into have a scan today, (im in the uk so not actually seen until 12wks), the bleeding stopped by Saturday evening and was just faint spotting, nothing yesterday or today... went for my scan, heartbeat found straight away and now im home im bleeding again and getting some small clots 😭 as well as this tissue....its not been a normal pregnancy, as it started with expected af for 2 days so iv had a few bleeds. I've just rang back the ward that saw me earlier and they just said monitor at home. Im so upset.
