I’m in a pickle

So recently I had a one night stand and was not being very smart and a few days later the dude texts me saying that he has an std. well I know that before him I was clean I got tested the beginning of the year and I hadn’t been sexually active thanks to quarantine but now I’m not sure. I’ve had some unusual discharge recently so I think I may have whatever it is. I want to go to the clinic but my issue is that I recently got dropped off my parents insurance so now I have none and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get checked or afford any medication I may need. Does anybody know how much labs are or have any other suggestions?
