Before my misscarraige i was struggling with my period it was so irregular and than boom i found out i was pregnant but than i lost the baby i was on birth controle and brewers yeast nd metformin evn tho it made me so sick it worked i got my period now after the miscarriage my cylce is messed up again it is ok if i go back on the metformin nd brewers yeast without the birth controle i realy dont want to be back in it again im trying to get pregnant again please i would love some input
