If your baby sleeps longer than 4 hours at a stretch, do you pump in between?

My baby is 12 weeks. I pump if I'm up at this point. She sleeps about 7-10 hours at night and if I'm up watching tv I'll pump but if I'm sleeping I'm not going to set an alarm!

During the day, no. I just feed on demand. At night I make an effort to get up around 12-1 and pump. My son sleeps 9-3:30ish and so I cut the difference and have a pumping session. I could go without but I would like to have a freezer stash so I pump just once a day.

My son sleeps 7pm to 7am. I pump at 9:30pm before I go to bed. Then I dream feed him at 3am and again at 5am. But from 9:30 to 3am (5.5 hours) I just sleep.

I don't breastfeed or pump anymore, but once my baby was sleeping longer stretches, I would pump if my breasts were sore. If my breasts weren't bothered by it, I'd just not pump. I think I read somewhere that once your supply is established, you can go up to 9 hours without breastfeeding/pumping without risking your supply dropping during the day. That could vary from person to person though.
