Worrisome mole? Third nipple? What is it?

I’m so confused is this a mole I should be concerned about? Or is it a third nipple? I have always had it but I think it keeps getting just a tad bit bigger every few years.. it’s also never been raised before a couple years ago.. it doesn’t hurt and it’s also soft and it moves really easy (the part that is raised)
