When to test

Hello
I’m 8dpo and 6 days before period due. I’m trying to not test but if I was to test in next day or so do you think it would be too soon?
I am in mid recovery from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea so as you can imagine I’m anxious either way.

I’m 7dpo and tested yesterday, I wish I didn’t tho because I know it’s too early and it just disappoints when you get a BFN. Hold off until your expected period if you can. Good luck to you 🤞

Implantation can happen between 6-12DPO and it takes a couple days after that to get enough hcg to test positive. I know it’s difficult to wait, but the best option is to wait until the day of your expected period. But if you have to test early, no one will fault you for that. We’ve all done it.
