I used it ONCE and got pregnant. It could be the reason for the pregnancy, or coincidence.
Its not some magical "Get Pregnant" lube though. Its sperm friendly and replicates your fertile CM. If you dont regularly use lube during sex, its pretty pointless.

each time ive used it i got pregnant the first cycle.... i’m experiencing a loss at 7 weeks now from the second time but i will be using it when i start trying again
