I need advice

So to start things off this is about my friend. She is 24 years old and has been dating this guy for almost two years. I am not the biggest fan of him because of things he has done in the past. For example has hung out with other girls without letting my friend know, he hardly talks her throughout the day(no he doesn’t have to talk to her every second of the day but if he’s busy he won’t even say “hey I’m busy and won’t be able to communicate too much today”, he just leaves her on read). Other things have gone on as well and I fear she is in a toxic relationship. I have voiced my concerns(to the point where I told her she needs to break it off with him) but also tried to understand where she is coming from, as it is hard to end something with some you love. I fear the only things she will get out of this relationship are trust issues. Is there anything else I can do? Or should I just let this play out? Either way I will be there for her in the end I just feel like there’s something more I should do.

I would also like to add that she continuously complains about some of the things he does every day. So it’s hard to just ignore it because I can’t just be like:

Her: “omg ... did this and idk who he’s with and I don’t want to ask him because then he’ll know i looked at his location”

Me: “so how’s the weather today”

That would be kind of shitty
