NST contraction numbers
Hey mommas got another question, so today I had my first NST done and found it pretty fascinating.
What would be considered normal for for machine to pick up contractions? I’m 32+4 and whenever I felt a Braxton Hicks my numbers shot up to the low 30s before slowly subsiding and dropping back down to 1-4.
My doctor ended up asking how far along I was and said that if I was 37 weeks then she would be worried.
My question is should I be worried?
