Help me please!! 😢

Ladies I need your help.. !!

We have been trying to concieve from last 9 months.. Last month I went to Ob/gyn but she didn't recommended me anything instead she told me to try for one year if nothing happens come back we will start fertility tests.. And also told me to take prenatal vitamins I asked her to prescribe me good prenatal vitamins but she refused and told me to take any prenatal as all are same.

So I am asking you ladies please suggest me which prenatal vitamins should I take which will help me concieving?

And also some tips that helped you getting pregnant please help me
