How to gain only baby weight??

What do you eat? I've been eating everything I see and only 5 months. I've gained about 13lbs. 🤦‍♀️

Im currently 37+2 and have only gained baby weight. Start of pregnancy i wasn’t eating a lot cause i felt nauseous majority of the time. Second trimester i was eating anything and everything 😂 i was at the gym still till 25ish weeks though. End of second trimester as i was entering the third trimester i started tracking my calories again. Not because im obsessed with how much calories im consuming but its just so i roughly know how much im at during the day and it makes me make better food choices. Currently im aiming for 1700/1800 calories a day.

It's not possible to only gain baby weight. Being pregnant gains one extra litre of blood volume already. Some pregnant women have more aminotic fluid than others. Through my observation, if women carry boy they tend to be skinner than women carry girls. Food goes to develop baby boys more I suppose? I think it also has to do with how well you absorb food. Eat healthy. Ideally, pregnant women should be gaining 25-35lbs. I have just reached 26lbs and almost due.

i eat everything as well but i also lost 15 pounds in the first trimester so i had more wiggle room lol.. i’m 7 months and only up 10 pounds thankfully it’s all in my stomach (outwards and not getting wider) and booty
