Please send help !!

Since 6 months our daughter has been waking more often then when she did from when she was born. She was sleeping 7 hour stretch, wake once, then sleep another 6 -7 hours. It was great !! But since 6 months, she’s been wanting 3-4 times a night for a bottle. We’ve tried everything !! Literally everything.

Now this 8 month regression hit us !! It came in like us getting hit by a school bus. Now, I just went back to work part time and finding nighttime harder to handle as I just need her to sleep. Any ideas or advice to help would be appreciated !! :)

We tried the cry it out for a month, that was a no go.

Sleep sacs were a Hell no from her.

Self soothing with just soother, nope.

Currently she will only soothe with a bottle and me patting her bum.
