Co parenting. Was i wrong?

Long story short, my ex and I have a schedule where he only has our 2 days out of the week. I contacted him and asked if he would like to take him every other weekend but he refused and said no because his gf doesn’t have her daughter on weekends. I told him to forget about it and that I’ll be contacting him whenever I needed his help & blocked him. Was I wrong for this? I honestly think that our kids come first no matter what

Yes you were in the wrong, just because you want to change the agreement and he didn't doesn't mean you can block contact so he can't ask about his child. I understand that you feel that's him not putting his child first but if he wants to stick to the original agreement there's really nothing you can say, that's his choice and lawfully he's done nothing wrong.

He didn’t want every other weekend, he wanted something else and instead of discussing anything more than what YOU wanted you blocked him.  Yeah I would say ur in the wrong🤦‍♀️.  If he still wants to see his kid you can put in some effort too.  It’s about your child

Yes girl you were absolutely wrong. You’re in a coparenting relationship and you block the other parent because you don’t like what he said. Please don’t be that controlling baby momma. He has the child two days out of the week and it sounds like he’s happy with that. Why get mad because he’s considering how that change in schedule would affect his life?  You may not like it but this gf is a part of his life and he should consider her.  He’s still there for his child and you need to unblock him because that just makes you look like a salty immature baby momma.

No I don’t think you are in the wrong for being frustrated... I’m sure there is more to the story that isn’t being told. 
I’m sure you thought blocking him was the best solution because I’m sure you feel as if you’ve been the one putting in all the effort just to get your baby daddy to see his kid or children... and blocking him was probably your breaking point 
I get it sometimes we wish we could just block them and move on with our own lives, I mean it feels like you’re doing everything alone already anyway.... 
and to feel as if he’s taking his girlfriend and her child more into consideration then when it’s a more reasonable time for you for him to spend time with his kid or children yeah I’d be pretty annoyed and I would feel disrespected 
But all feelings aside, unblock him, ignore him, let him come to you, keep being a great mom, and let him make the effort 
If he wants to choose to be a half ass father that is not your problem 
I’m sure you’re doing the best you can on your behalf so fuck him, be cordial and just focus on you and your children
