Please help!!

I noticed this bump on my 1 year olds toe. I was trimming his nails Monday and I didn’t notice it at all. I noticed it Wednesday morning when changing him. I assumed it was a wart because I had several when I was young. I asked my cousin who is a nurse and was telling me her son had one that looked like this on his knee. She said it just went away on its own after a couple home remedies that failed. So I guess I’m just looking for someone to possibly confirm this and see if anyone else has had this happen to any of their kids? He goes to his dr in August and if this isn’t an emergency I’ll just wait until then. Also I’ll go ahead and say he hasn’t wore shoes since Saturday, he doesn’t like them so I don’t think it’s a blister.
