Weight loss i need help

Y'all I'm 4'8 and I weigh 127lbs!!! My LDL is high and my doctor recommended I eat a healthy diet and get regular exercise. I am starting my healthy lifestyle today I'm going to try my best to work out at least three times a week and eat a better diet. please motivate me cause y'all know it ain't easy.. at least for me it's not lol. let me see your weight loss journey and also tips that was helpful to you as far as diet and working out. my body goal is to lose fat and tone. Of course it should be a lifestyle but my birthday also coming up in August and i wanna look good 😝😝
