So I'm 6 weeks post partum and I was cleared for sexual activity and everything so I decided to have a little me time in the shower. Nothing too extreme just two fingers and being super gentle. I got out and finished with a vibrator on my clit. Now I'm having some cramping. Not too severe but definitely painful and uncomfortable. Should I be worried? I took something to see if it'll help with the pain. I'm sorry if this seemed like a dumb question but I'm new to all of this...
