It could be a clogged duct ☹️.. I even got chills and a fever with just a clogged duct. Try warm compress and nurse baby as often as you can with his/her chin in the direction of the clogged duct. I also would pump in between feedings to keep it as empty as possible.

Can you feel a lump? Is it hot to the touch? Any fever? It may me a blocked duct and that can develop into mastitis.
