Advice on how to get my hair colored please

So I used to dye my hair blonde all the time. I've been finally letting my natural color grow through and it's like a light brown.

I'm going to be in a wedding soon and I'd like to dye my hair. My end goal is to keep it more of a light brown color like my natural hair color but this yellowish/blonde is hideous to me 😂

So my question is would like a balayage or ombre work at getting rid of most the blonde? Or what other ideas would look good? And what color should I dye it to look better with my light brown hair? Like a caramel color?

Sorry if I sound confusing I usually just dye my hair at home using Sally products but want to get it professionally done for my cousins wedding I'm in.
