Trouble w body image
I graduated high school May 2019 and I also got out of a relationship then too. That summer I went on vacation and felt great because I made new friends! I started college and during winter break went on vacation again. When I came back I didn’t really notice my weight fluctuate until I stepped on the scale. I had always been like 108 lbs but when I came back from my winter vacation I basically gained 10 lbs and was 118!!
So since the beginning of quarantine I am intermittent fasting & ended up dropping my weight to 112, but I have developed the worst relationship w food.
I hate how bloated I feel after & hate how heavy I feel. I don’t know what to do because I eat “enough” but I just feel horrible all the time because I feel like I’m not as “small” as I used to be!! I knew I was small but never paid so much attention to my stomach or anything.. everyone says they don’t notice it and nothing has changed and that I’m fine but I just feel huge all the time ):
I do exercise a little bit, like jumping rope for cardio and biking, I do mini abs workouts and what not a few times a week
