So I was diagnosed with PCOS recently and my Dr. put me on Provera, I took it for 10 days and it worked for me. I got my period after a long 100+ day cycle. I’m not taking anything else (to help me ovulate) at this time I made an agreement with my Dr. to see if my body will naturally get back on track after the push with Provera. So that being said, I don’t know when I ovulate. My husband and I had sex the day before I got my medicated period which was 6/15, I also had taken an OPK that day which the result was high. Fast forward to 6/30, 7/1, and 7/2 I spotted for those three days and then stopped it was on the toilet paper when I wiped and also there was some in my underwear but definitely not enough to be AF again already. We kind of lacked on sex in June being on two different schedules (he’s night shift), according to Doctor Google, the first thing that shows as a result for the spotting is Pregnancy and a lot of results for implantation bleeding. Based on that timeline, if it were implantation bleeding, it would have had to have been from when we had sex on 6/15 I believe. Basically with all of that information leads to my purpose of the post,

is it possible this is implantation bleeding even though I had my period the literal day after?

Does it make a difference if it were medicated or not?

I saw some results about it being possible ovulation spotting as well, however I’ve not had a positive or high OPK yet since I had my period. I also don’t have any EWCM my CM always seems to just be “creamy” or “lotion like” from day one since I’ve started checking it.

OR could this just be due to the Provera even though it’s been weeks since the last pill?

The only time I’ve ever spotted randomly like this was in place of a period years ago back when I was in Depo.

I’m just confused and eager right now and I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this and give me some sort of insight as to what may be going on.
