Anybody have tips on how to avoid motherhood burnout?
My husband has been sick all month. They think its mono or something. He’s been weak and fevered. He was tested for Covid and received a negative (thank goodness) But i am left to do everything and I am sooo exhausted y’all. Baby went two days of being wide awake from 10-3 or 4 am. The house is full of laundry the floors are dirty lots of laundry to do the sink is always full even after just doing them there’s clutter every where and I’m too exhausted to do it all but I can’t stand this mess. The counters are a mess.
I know this is what I signed up for and this is motherhood. I’m just looking for some insights. Tips on how to keep it together better.. a system? Positive motivational feedback. How do you avoid burn out? My baby girl is 100% clingy to me. I breastfeed and she’s my baby girl. I’m living in this constant mess 😩
