I got very bad ear infections since Tuesday. Since the all I have in my system is Canada

Dry and pain killers Tylenol and Advil. When I do have have just a little to eat during the day I throw it back up. My body is getting terrible chills my ear and head feel like they are going to pop and I haven’t felt any better since. During this who time I have been nursing my 8 month old baby. He lucky has been falling asleep with me when I take my 4 naps a day. But I’m worried about all the medication is doing to him. I been taking one for nausea that says don’t take too much or It will get Into Breast milk. Will he be okay? Nothing else gets past my system , not water, Gatorade, or Pedialite. I just want to feel better. My baby doesn’t take bottles 😭 Help
