Opinions on Mamaroo?

I’ve been debating on what bouncer/swing to get for my baby (FTM here 🙂), I’ve read really good reviews on the 4moms Mamaroo but it’s so dang expensive! Is it worth it? If you don’t recommend it, what swing would you say is the better option?

We have the mamaroo and it works wonders for us. Thankfully it was a gift from our parents but I know how expensive they can be. My first child (he’s 2 now) always slept the best in his mamaroo. As an alternative, another great bouncer option that we have now is the ingenuity brand. Super cute and affordable!

I have a mamaroo 4mom swing. I honestly don’t use it as often as I thought I would. My son gets fussy and doesn’t like to sit still for very long, even swaying back and forth. But it can be different for every baby. My little brother loved being in the swing when he was a baby. 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s a hit or miss. But as far as quality and style, the mamaroo is nice and modern looking. My only complaint is the mobile that hangs over it. It does not have a motor, so it doesn’t spin by itself. I think if it did spin continuously, my son might be more interested in sitting longer. Other cheaper swings have spinning ones though.

We had the mamaroo and my LO hated it. Wouldn’t sit in it for more than a minute . We bought this one and it was totally life changing he would actually sit and take naps in. You are also able to detach  the seat as a bouncer
