Di/di Moms - Delivery Question

Mom's of di/di twins, how many of you were able to deliver your twins naturally rather than having a c-section? I'm 17w2d now, and am currently paying my OB for a regular vaginal delivery but they have mentioned we won't know if I will be able to deliver naturally until much closer to the end. The idea of surgery scares me. Just curious to hear about other moms experiences!
