Should I go to the hospital?

Couole months later update: it turned out there was minimal liquid in my lungs and I had a concussion. They took a chest X-ray and found out two weeks later that I had scoliosis so.. turns out this hospital trip wasn’t too bad!

So lo I went swimming with my younger sister (9) today. I’m 14. She was scared so I told her I’d take her hand and jump in with her, I ended up jumping, but she chickened out. But we were holding hands so I pulled her in with me. She landed on my head and I was held under water for a while to a point where I was inhaling a lot of water. After I got out I sat on the dock for a couple minutes to cough and regulate my breathing, before my mom decided to just take us home. It’s like five or six hours later now. I have a bit of a bump on my head, and a headache. I get really dizzy when I stand up. And ever since we got home about five hours ago I’ve been laying in bed to try and sleep but I can’t. Recently, about an hour ago my chest started to hurt. Both my chest and stomach feel full, even though I haven’t really eaten at all today (I only had carrots and a muffin in the morning, I haven’t eaten since), it feels heavy when I breath, and it’s a little hard to breath too. I’ve had a couple of sharp pains like under my boobs? As well. It’s too late to go to the hospital now. I took two pills of Tylenol about an hour ago but it hasn’t helped at all, except my headache has slightly gone away. I have a bit of a cough occasionally. Should I ask my mom to take me to the hospital tomorrow? She wouldn’t really want to though because I usually babysit my sister during the day, there for my sister would have to come with. Is it worth it to go to the hospital? Do I need to go to the hospital? My city just had another outbreak of covid too, so I don’t wanna be in a place where a lot of people could get me sick, you know? And my mom is a nurse.. so I don’t want to put her in risk either. Does it sound like I have a concussion?
