Staring to cut out carbs..
So ive decided to do the keto diet. Its not gonna be forever ,but to help with losing the some of stubborn pounds. The only problem with this is that I do not like sugar free foods and drinks, and I dont like the stevia and splenda products ,because it leaves an after taste. And my main problem is I like sweets😩😩. Has anyone else tried the keto diet before? And were they successful?
