My mother has a cold sore currently and she keeps getting close to kissing my 4 month old baby. She knows that’s not ok and has been told not to but it’s making me incredibly nervous. Does anyone know what age this virus can make a baby sick or die? I don’t know much about how this virus affects babies but it’s scaring me. Ive told her before not to kiss my baby and when I turned my back she would. I don’t have a very good relationship with her and if I were to fuss at her over this she’d bite my head off and not talk to me over this but I don’t want anything to happen to my baby. Help 😬
