Hey all, I decided to start my weight loss journey but have no idea what i’m doing. I was about 210ish in june and am now 199 and i was able to lose it by starting to eat towards the more healthier side, and have been trying to do intermittent fasting but i know to lose weight you need a caloric deficit but man i feel so dumb bc i calculated my TDEE and it says my maintenance calories are 2,296, so for caloric deficit i need to eat 500 less than that?
