Hurting hip

I’m 32 week and when I sleep on my right side my hips starts hurting so bad I tried taking Tylenol and it didn’t help any suggestions? Then laying in my left I feel like I can’t breathe that well I really don’t know why so I’m just uncomfortable all over and I’m trying to sleep but I can’t
