My baby is 5 months old and usually used to poop once a day in the mornings, but now for the past week she has started pooping after every feed and it smells so bad (TMI) foul smell, like something sour or fish. They look the same as they always have its just the frequency and smell. Otherwise she seems completely normal as usual. I'm still exclusively breast feeding and I haven't changed anything in my diet. What could this be? Is that normal?
