At the start of Covid I was put on lay off and so way my boyfriend, so we went to visit his parents about two hours away from our apartment. I had my sister staying at the apartment so I had to go back from the visit early and I thought he'd come a week or so later.

We had previously talked about buying a house and moving closer to his parents, but staying at his brothers for a year or so starting in November.

My boyfriend quit his job and decided to stay there much sooner than what I thought, saying that he's already moved there now and has come by once in the whole four months he's been there so he could grab some clothes and stuff.

Last time I've seen him was at the start of June and he's been away since March. I'm also currently working and cannot drive to visit him either.

He and his brother have been working on turning the upstairs of his house into a mini apartment for us since. The only issue is being that his brother's house is not within the city so I can't walk to anything. My boyfriend also mentioned staying there for three years while his brother and his wife try for kids and build a family.

Right now, I'm still at home because I have a job and with covid it's going to be difficult to find a job as it is so I don't want to lose what I have due to needing to lay loans, insurance, etc. I plan to put in two week shortly and then packing up to move with him though.

I'm not really asking anything, just typing. I know that a lot of this is my fault. My heart just hurts.

I don't want to have a break up, I love him so much. Just a tad unhappy right now
